When you make your reservation, you will be charged immediately for two (2) nights, including tax, on your Visa or MasterCard.
- Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.
- Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty-five (25) percent on the deposit received, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
- In the event of a cancellation, within seven (7) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
- Sorry, we do not give refunds for shortened stays.
